Here Is The Truth Why Big Chief Leaves Street Outlaws 2

If you are the type of person who tends to watch various car reality shows from their start, then you must be familiar with the feeling of closeness that grows with the main starts of the shows. This is why, as soon as some change of the cast happens, we feel extremely blue. This is what previously happened with Gas Monkey Garage and Aaron Kaufman, and this is what is currently happening with Street Outlaws and the legendary Big Chief as well. Many have speculated that he is going to depart the show very soon.

Here Is The Truth Why Big Chief Leaves Street Outlaws 1

But, is it really so, is he going to leave the show for sure? Well, it is high time to put an end to all of those who speculated those things. Namely, the legendary Big Chief is going nowhere and he is going to continue to be part of Street Outlaws for a long time.

Even though he might not appear in an episode or two, this is surely not a proof that he is in fact departing Street Outlaws. Moreover, he is one of the main starts there and probably one of their best racers, thus he leaving the show is going to probably result in a major blow for this reality series.

There had been various speculations, there are now and there will be in the future, however, we should not trust each and every one of them no matter what.

Now you can relax, sit back and enjoy the show yet once again!

Coming across some information or a rumor about a brand new vehicle that should undergo serial production is always interesting. We feel the urge to find out every piece of information that is out there. Namely, there have been some recent rumors that the brand new 2019 Ford Raptor is supposed to have Ford’s new engine, the 7.0L V8 monster. Despite all of the leaked footages that have been posted on social media lately, this has not been confirmed by Ford yet and it still remains a mystery.

However, probably most of you have already heard about the massive investment that Ford made in their production plant in Canada where it was stated that they will be working on a brand new engine, which was in fact this 7.0L V8 monster.

Even though it was initially planned that Ford will be installing this engine only on the F-250 and F350 series, there have been thoughts that the 2019 Ford Raptor is going to get this monster as well.

If so, we must say that the truck is going to look exceptionally good. It seems that Ford has learnt its lesson from some of the previous models that they have launched just several years ago with the V6 engine, which in reality, it was nothing special.

To make sure that their customers are going to get what they really want, the 2019 Ford Raptor with a 7.0L V8 might not seem and sound so impossible after all.

Say Hello to the 2018 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE

Chevrolet revealed the 2018 Camaro ZL1 1LE at Daytona International Raceway ahead of this weekend’s Daytona 500. The car is essentially a mashup of the current ZL1 and the last-gen Z/28. The package will be offered as an option on any 2018 Camaro ZL1 coupe beginning this summer, and results in a 3-second quicker lap time around GM’s Milford Proving Grounds.

How is that achieved? The 1LE uses the same 650-hp, 650-lb-ft supercharged 6.2-liter LT4 V-8 as the standard ZL1, so all of the upgrades happen outside of the engine bay. The 1LE replaces the stock 285-width tires with 305s in the front and 325s in the rear. The tires are Goodyear’s new Eagle F1 Supercar 3R, the company’s first cup tire design. The tires were developed specifically for the ZL1 1LE and are the widest ever to appear on a factory Camaro.
The model also gets the DSSV spool-valve dampers that debuted on the Z/28 and just recently made it to the Chevy Colorado ZR2. The suspension features an adjustable ride height, solid-mounted front struts, adjustable camber plates, a hard-mounted rear cradle, and an adjustable rear anti-roll bar. The DSSV dampers contribute to weight savings of roughly 60 pounds compared to the standard ZL1 with its magnetorheological shocks.

The other big improvement is aero. The ZL1 1LE gets a carbon fiber rear wing, air deflectors and dive planes, and a new front splitter. The beloved Flowtie also returns, and the front grilles have been enlarged for better cooling. All LT4s have a new supercharger lid to reduce heat.
The ZL1 1LE will only be available with a six-speed manual transmission, just like the Z/28. Why not just call this a Z/28? Chevy says that name is reserved for naturally aspirated cars, and wouldn’t rule out a true Z/28 variant in the future. For now though, consider this your Z/28 successor. Camaro chief engineer Al Oppenheiser said this model is “not your daily driver,” but it is “a little more of a daily driver than the Z/28 was.”
Each ZL1 1LE gets a black hood wrap, clear carbon scoop, black taillights, and satin black mirrors. The car also gets Chevy’s eLSD, Positive Traction Management system, and Performance Data Recorder (PDR) as standard. The brakes are unchanged from the standard ZL1, and it has all the same launch and line lock features. Pricing hasn’t been announced yet, but figure around $63,000 for the 2018 ZL1 coupe plus several thousand for the 1LE package.

Trans Am 455 Super Duty

Meet The Twins At The New York Auto Show – The 1,000-HP Trans Am 455 Super Duty Is Standing Next To The ‘Demon’

In other words – the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is not the only maniacal muscle car on show this week. The Demon is probably the most interesting ride at the show, but it’s definitely not the only muscle car worthy of attention. We are going to present you another 1000 horsepower mean machine. Meet the Dodge Demon’s brother from another mother – 1,000-HP Trans Am 455 Super Duty. This one muscles into New York, as well. If you are not aware, Trans Am Worldwide is a boutique carmaker and it has building rides for a few years now. This specific car, 455 Super Duty, is the first to be built on the sixth-generation Camaro’s new Alpha chassis.

This is going to be just amazing. The name for this one comes from the 455 cubic inch powerplant under the hood. Simple as that. Under the hood we will find a 7.4-liter V8 engine putting down 1,000 horsepower and 1,046 lb-ft of torque. These are some interesting performance numbers. The 2017 Trans Am 455 Super Duty pushes 14 pounds of boost from the 2.3-liter Magnussen supercharger. According to the specifications, the number is just 0.5 PSI less than the demonic Demon. We could say that their performance numbers are very close to each other. But what’s more interesting about these two muscle cars?

The Trans Am production is going to be limited to only 50 units and the production is set to start on May 1. Basically, this is the sad part here – it’s not going to be a production car.

On the top of that we would like to see it in action – 1,000 horsepower is just awesome… if you can get it to the ground, of course.
